Criticism does not affect who you are

It might be difficult to make a difference at first but criticism is not always your enemy.
Know the difference between people who give you feedback because they want your service or product for them to be better and people who criticise you because they themselves are not courageous enough to make their first step to follow their dreams.
Listen to those who matter, say thank you to those who hate you – be grateful that you are not in their position.
Treat each negative feedback as a chance for you to transform your unhappy customer to your strongest supporter.
After all they make it possible for you to become better at what you do, thus make you grow.
